Beautiful house with 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom  is located in the well-maintained community of Villas de Allende, within walking distance of almost anywhere in SMA and very close to restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, gyms, pharmacies, etc. The community has 24 hour surveillance. hourly security, electric fence, manicured gardens, a water lily pond and a swimming pool with a rest area. The maintenance crew picks up trash every day (except Sunday), maintains the grass, plants, and sidewalk, and even paints the front of the house (as needed).

As you walk through the front door, you enter a very spacious open concept living room with a 13 foot wood beam ceiling and Talavera tile floors.
