The home has traditional boveda ceilings with windowed cupolas, and predominantly faces east, south and west. Light-filled, sunny and year-round pleasant, its many windows and French doors provide great cross ventilation and pretty views. Three (gas) fireplaces (and a den ceiling fan with reversible draw add to further coziness when that fireplace is going) take the chill out of winter. The house has a water purification system.
