Essence of San Miguel

 "Views to downtown, flat walking distance to downtown and Fabrica Aurora, parking space, nice kitchen, garden, possibility to rent it short and long term, but we want to feel that we are in an authentic Mexican neighborhood..." This is the wish list of MANY of our clients- THIS HOUSE HAS IT ALL. 

As you stand infront of the house, you will see two Bugambilia trees rising above the wall, then on the left side  you will see the garage door. Once you enter the property, the house will start to reveal itself, as the saying goes, "one never knows what is behind the doors of San Miguel."  On the first level you will find a good proportioned kitchen with traditional mexican tiles. From the kitchen one can go to an outhdoor breakfast table that overlooks at the back garden, or one can go to the dining room, then the livingroom and a groundfloor-TVroom/studio. 

On the second level a hall leads to two good size bedrooms, one with a full bathroom and closet, the other one would work great as an office room or a second studio. This hall also leads to the master bedroom which has a gas fireplace, walking closen, two balconies and a private terrace-ideal for the morning coffee.
