This house´s location is almost unmatched. This makes it perfect if you are looking for safety and feeling the magic of San Miguel at the same time. 

One the main level there´s the spacious living room, a well equipped kitchen, a small dinning area, and a half bathroom. A T.V. will be added to the living room very soon. A washing/drying machine is on this level, hidden inside the half bathroom.

On the second level we have the main and second bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and fire place. These two bedrooms are connected by a small open space where breeze comes in very easily.

The terrace is on the third level. It has a small outer table and chairs, which will have a parasol added very soon. 

The price includes a house keeping and gardening service, both happening once a week. Utilities are not included. 
An alarm system is also included in the house. 

Small to medium size dogs (not cats) are accepted, and a pet security deposit (refundable by the end of the lease if the furniture is as it was given) must be made at the signing of the contract.
