Los Labradores, about 20 minutes from the center of San Miguel, has a community club house, gym, pool, water aerobics, tennis, cinema and cafeteria. There is also handy shuttle service between Los Labradores and downtown San Miguel.

The soaring double height entryway leads into a light-filled downstairs with carved fireplaces in both the living and dining room, which are a cozy treat on chilly nights.

As you enter the living room you see a stunning hand-crafted stone wall and views to the mountains in the distance. The kitchen is large with a center island that is perfect for entertaining.

French doors lead to a large outdoor living room with an outdoor fireplace. Two bedrooms including the master bedroom are downstairs, each with a full bath, with access to outdoor terraces. From the spacious master bedroom you will have private access to the jacuzzi to enjoy star gazing.

Also located on the first floor is a third room for a private office or den. On the second floor is a third bedroom with ensuite full bath and two separate terraces.

There is a covered carport with room for 2 cars, and dry access from the house during rainy weather.
