Casa Molino and Troje has 5,490 meters of garden and trees, three natural thermal water wells, and an area to live with family and friends outdoors.
In the first half of the XVIII Century, a grain mill was built in the south of Atotonilco, that operated with hydraulic energy and a Silo to store the grist. You will also find the open yard and the stone “troje” or grain silo that was built during one of Mexico’s viceroyalties, more than 300 years ago. Consistent with is colonial heritage, the floor is made of small stones. The entire barrelled vault is held high by the traditional internal and external arches and. This property has its own reservoir of thermal waters.

The large house was built on two levels on top of the old cistern. Today, the cistern is transformed into an excellent space for a wine cellar. This section of the house has the Master Bedroom with bathroom and a dressing area. There is a second building in which there are three additional bedrooms, two of them with bathroom and shared dressing room, the third room has a bathroom and a dressing room.
