This house is located in gated community Club de Golf Zirándaro, 20 minutes from downtown, by car. 
The house is within another smaller complex named Mayorazgo, another 3-5 minutes from the main entrance. The rent includes the gym, pool and an events salon, all of which are just a few steps from the house. 

This house has 3 bedrooms, all on the second level. The main bedroom has its own full bathroom, along with a walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms share a full bathroom; one of these bedrooms has 2 single beds, and the other one has a double bed. These 2 have smaller closets as well. Light comes in perfectly all throughout the day to all the house.

On the main level we have the kitchen, the living room, a half bathroom, a dinning table, a small patio, and covered area for laundry. The patio has a small door which leads to the playground and the pool, where you can see your children from the house. 
On the third level there's the terrace, which already has some outer furniture, and a grill. The outer furniture is also covered. Enjoy this terrace which has great 360 views to the mountains!
