This apartment, which is inside a bigger property, is located in La Lejona, which is a very peaceful, small neighborhood, right behind City Market. (15-20 minutes walking from downtown).

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with its own closet and a full bathroom, and a 3rd full bathroom for guests, or for the extra room which could be transformed into another bedroom, if needed. Also, please note that the kitchen and the living room are fairly spacious and well taken care of. Right at the back of the kitchen we have a door that leads to the washing area, where we have the water heating tank and the washing machine. 
The apartment also counts with a garage spot for one car, but we have to keep in mind that, whenever the owners are home, good communication would be needed to park them both. Yet, don't worry, the owners are barely home! 

Utilities are all included (internet, water, electricity and gas). Water, electricity and gas have a top budget you can spend, but you'll never run out of any.
