The location of this house is almost unbeatable. This makes it perfect if you are looking  to enjoy the magic right at the heart of San Miguel.

Thanks to recent renovations, the main level has amazing lighting, combining natural and artificial light, giving it that cozy feeling every living room should have. Here, we havet a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a small dining room, a half bathroom and a long desk, which covers a large part of one of the walls, and which can function as storage, and for home office.

On the second level we have the main and secondary bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and fireplace. These two bedrooms are connected by a small open hallway, where you can open the windows for more airflow, or close the retractable roof to add shade and add cover for rain. 
In this hallway is the laundry area, which is a small shed where the washer and dryer are covered. Laundry will be much easier for the housekeeping lady!

And, last but not least: The terrace, on the third level. It has a small outdoor table with chairs and its own umbrella, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning, or a tea while watching the best sunsets.

The price includes cleaning and gardening service, both once a week. Utilities are not included.
An alarm system is also included.
Small to medium sized dogs (no cats) are welcome, but a pet security deposit is required.
