When you cross the main door, you are transported back in time to Colonial Mexico: cobblestone and clay floors, cantera stone arches and columns, ceilings covered with wood, artistically crafted with tejamanil; all carefully decorated with paintings and designs that capture the eye.
Inside the house, a living room welcomes visitors, comfortably furnished, and adjacent to a beautiful kitchen — overlooking an interior patio — fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking, entertaining, and spending time together.
Stepping out of the kitchen, an interior patio invites you to enjoy a morning coffee, or in the afternoon, a glass of wine with a good book. This patio connects to the house’s garage, with access from Tenerías Street. It also leads to the bedrooms and the rooftop terraces.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and is adorned with a beautiful vaulted ceiling.
Two independent rooftop terraces offer an ideal space for conversations with family and friends, as well as for watching the sunrises and sunsets in San Miguel de Allende. From here, you can also enjoy the nighttime views of the illuminated Parish of San Miguel Arcángel, the Temple of the Immaculate Conception, the Parish of San Antonio de Padua, and occasionally, the fireworks of local festivities.
