The house has 3 beautiful, very spacious bedrooms and each one has its own full bathroom plus an extra study that can easily be used as an extra room, a painting studio or a spacious and bright office. One of the rooms is on the first level, so you could perfectly live on one floor.

It has a living room with lots of natural light and views of the interior garden, a kitchen equipped with a lot of Mexican style, a study on the second floor and an extremely comfortable terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the city.

The third room can be used as a casita, it has its own kitchen, full bathroom, living room and private terrace.
