An intricate "tenango" hangs over the living room sofa, and provides this lovely 2 bed/2 bath condo its Mexican charm and personality. Located in the newly constructed gated development of La Serena, it is a 10-minute drive to the Jardin, and close to La Comer and City Market. The condo is tastefully decorated with superior details such as sofa-bed, two smart TV's, smart lights and Alexa. It is fully furnished and equipped and perfect for short-term stays or a long-term lease.

The condo is situated steps down from the ground floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and is ensuite. The guest bedroom has two single beds that have the joining accesories to optionally make it a king size bed. The guest bedroom and living area have access to the private garden, complete with an outdoor living area and Weber grill. Amenities in La Serena include extensive gardens, 2 swimming pools, gym,rooftop terrace, sun deck, jacuzzi, spa/massage rooms and barber shop.  The cherry on top is the amazing replica of the San Miguel Jardín (town square).
