Villa 12 - Los Atrios

Description of the Villas:

The set is made up of 12 independent villas that do not share any wall, each one is different from the other, they vary in finishes and size. All are designed with 2 levels and a roof garden or terraces, taking care of the visual relationship between rooftops and patios of the other villas, to maintain an optimal level of privacy between them.

We cannot fail to mention an extremely important detail regarding the construction of Las Villas, since a system of German origin “HEBEL” has been used, which consists of self-nailed cellular concrete, which gives it acoustic, thermal, seismic and fire resistance, superior to other materials
Access to all the villas is through a private atrium or patio, thus achieving spaciousness, lighting and ventilation. All the villas have, on the ground floor, a living room, kitchen, dining room, guest bathrooms and different closets or storage spaces.

Villa 3 has on the top floor it has two bedrooms with bathroom and dressing room, as well as access to the terrace on the roof of the villa.
All terraces are private and their access is only through the villa to which it corresponds.

This privileged location and the fact that it has a covered parking at street level, provides the advantage of not having to use your vehicle to visit the tourist and commercial attractions of the Historic Center of San Miguel de Allende. It has 19 independent parking spaces, of which 12 are assigned to each of the villas and 7 for visitors, two of them for the disabled. At this same level, there are 12 warehouses assigned to each of the villas, an area for storing bicycles and motorcycles, as well as the condominium's garbage, electricity and storage rooms. At the entrance access to Los Atrios, the Administration and Surveillance offices are located, from where they control not only access to the condominium, but also the security camera circuit, strategically located to provide the greatest security to you and his family. At the back, you will find the main staircase of the condo and an elevator for easy access with luggage or a wheelchair.

The Villas are located around colonial-style arches, forming two atriums with fountains that invite relaxation and contemplation and give the complex its name and character. The main atrium houses a garden in the center and the secondary atrium, a multipurpose area with lounge-type rooms, with bathrooms and kitchenette, and a terrace in front to be able to live with friends and family.
