LOFT SAN JUAN has two additional spaces shared with the other apartments, a beautiful spacious garden where you can enjoy the fresh air, and also a large roof terrace with magnificent views of the Picachos mountains and downtown San Miguel. The sky looks spectacular on a sunny day and even more so at dusk and at night.

It’s a flat 7 minute walk to the Ancha de San Antonio and is close to the Mercado Sano, Panina bakery, Wolf gym, Café 1910, Buonforno, Hecho en Mexico, several art studios and so much more. It’s a 15 minute flat walk to Centro.

Small dogs are allowed with a refundable deposit of 250 USD. There is an additional cost of $120/month for amenities/services: All utilities, gardening, weekly housekeeping, and property management services that is very attentive to your needs.
