Casa Danzantes offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of San Miguel as well as the convenience of one-level living.

From the garage, a pretty covered walkway leads to the front door. To one side of the walkway lies a lovely patio area with a “woven” brick wall, and to the other a large, well-established garden. Enjoy the shade as you follow a winding path through the many mature trees and plants.

The comfortable living room features a high, beamed ceiling and a fireplace. Two sets of glass doors from the living room to the front patio facilitate indoor-outdoor living. The living room opens onto the dining room, with its boveda ceiling and cupola. The dining room windows overlook a rear garden and patio.

The kitchen, while somewhat dated, has large windows providing views of the beautiful front garden, a pass-through to the living room, and plenty of storage.

A wide, welcoming hallway with an attractive arched ceiling and nice lighting provides a great place to display art. The home’s three main bedrooms are arrayed along this hallway. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with large tiled shower, a boveda ceiling, French doors opening to the front garden, an attached study with beamed ceiling, and extensive closets. The second and third bedrooms also offer carved wooden doors, boveda ceilings, and tall windows. These two bedrooms share a full bath with tiled tub and skylight.

A separate studio is reachable by stairs from the back patio. This large room with boveda ceiling and hardwood floors can be used as a fourth bedroom, secluded office, or art studio. A spacious terraza offers 360-degree views of the gardens, an attractive section of the Los Frailes community, and the Picachos mountains.
