For one year leases, the rate is $1300 of rent plus $110 for utilities, house keeping, landscaping, and house management services. And we may consider short term rentals of four months long for January through April at a rate of $1800 rent plus $110. 

Penthouse Los poetas is the ideal place to spend a quiet and comfortable life in one of the most popular neighborhoods in San Miguel de Allende.

Upon entering this apartment you find a dining room and a cozy living room that allow you to take advantage of this space day by day while you see the beautiful city.

To one side of the dining room there is a fireplace that decorates the room and gives a great touch to the space.

To one side is the living room that has a beautiful view and is connected to the private terrace of this apartment where you can also enjoy a good book with your favorite coffee.

The kitchen with a traditional Mexican style and its precious mosaic is connected to these first spaces allowing conversations, it is equipped with the necessary utensils to prepare the most delicious dishes.

It has 2 rooms, the first on the right hand side is the guest room and has a large window that gives it light and ventilation, as well as a San Miguel decoration.

The main room on the left has its full bathroom with a colonial mosaic, this room has a balcony that overlooks the common garden that has some spectacular trees, giving a feeling of calm.

This balcony reaches the stairs that go down to the common garden that is very beautiful and where the laundry and dryer center is also located.

In the upper part is the terrace that provides you an impressive view of the east, where you can appreciate the city center and part of the mountains, as well as the beautiful trees that naturally adorn your new home, San Miguel de Allende!

Includes common washer and dryer on one side of the garden.

The cost includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet, gardener and cleaning once a week).
