Casa Calandrias is a lovely and comfortable two-bedroom plus studio home located in Montes de Loreto on the north side of Centro, and a 15-20 minute walk to the Jardín. The house greets you with a one-car garage, well-appointed kitchen and dining area. A cozy, interior patio shines light into all corners of the house, and leads to the ample living room with a full bath. The two bedrooms and studio (or it could be three bedrooms) are found on the second floor, with the Master Bedroom being completely independent, and the Guest Bedroom and Studio sharing a jack-and-jill bathroom.

Each side has a private rooftop terrace and amazing views to Centro, the Ventanas Golf Course and countryside.  Nearby ammenities include Fabrica La Aurora and the newly-inaugurated Zeferino Gutierrez Park.  A beautiful place to come home to after a walk around town!
