La Kasbah

Located mid way up Montes de Oca, (5 minutes walk to Centro), this  romantic and light filled house has two bedrooms each with its en-suite bathroom and its gas heating, a double living room with a gas burning fireplace, a large, sunny and fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful patio and a fountain.

On the second floor there is an outstanding cactus garden, the result of years of collecting by the owner  and a very large lounge with a wood burning fireplace perfect for entertaining friends or just relaxing watching the plants.

The property is surrounded on 2 sides by a beautiful and very large garden. If absolutely sober you can go up the Lounge via a ship ladder and have the most beautiful view of SMA and the Sierra de Guanajuato.

In a now overbuilt San Miguel, the Kasbah seems in the middle of nature in the Centro with sky, sun, birds and plants in abundance.

There is also a washing machine and all linens are provided. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and of course a washing machine.

This house was featured in major European decoration magazines.

Absolutely no cats, old dogs welcome if well behaved and don't jump on furniture, are not diggers or shedders.
