In the third floor we see the second ensuite bedroom, that has also a cozy living area with a cute coffee station, and an amazing terrace with terrific views to almost all Churches in San Miguel, the surprise is that at the top there is another terrace with a soaking tub and resting lounge chairs and even better views.

Parque Juarez is one block away and El Jardin is at 5 min walking distance.

January, February and March 2024 are not available.

Maid 5 times, M-F mornings. Deep clean & change sheets and towels 1xweek. Dishes and make bed M-F or less if the guests prefer less.

Laundry wash and fold on request. Please tip 150 pesos or more per basket.

Gardener 1 day every two weeks. Guests can say when and where they want privacy, and the maid and the gardener will not enter that area.
