June 13, Day of San Antonio de Padua
This is the date of the more religious observances of this holiday, including special masses and fireworks. This saint is known for helping people find lost items and even lost people.
The Los Locos Parade, celebrated on the Sunday following June 13.
Although this parade is the culmination of the religious celebrations commemorating two saints of the Franciscan order, San Antonio de Padua and San Pascual BallĆ³n, there's nothing pious about it.
An "only in San Miguel" event, this parade features music and hundreds of locals decked out in hilarious, crazy costumes. The parade begins around 11am along the Ancha de San Antonio. Arrive early for better "seating" and come prepared for massive crowds, a blazing sun and the pelting of candy in all directions. Bring an umbrella for shade and/or to catch candy, as pictured below.

Father's Day, celebrated the 3rd Sunday in June
Not the blowout that Mother's Day is, but still a celebration. Father's Day includes the usual special meals, and some schools hold programs of skits and singing.
Day of Corpus Christi, celebrated late June
This important religious holiday marks the end of the Easter season and celebrates the presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. Be sure to take a walk around Centro on this day, as the decorations are quite beautiful.
A traditional procession leaves the Parroquia following a 6pm mass and includes fireworks, music, flowers, and children and young people dressed in white.
