Welcome to Our Real Estate Market Update.

Resales of homes in San Miguel de Allende are off to a great start in 2025. Compared to the average sales in 2024 the volume of sales is up over 17% and the dollar volume is up by over 12%. Although this update doesn’t include them, the reported February sales continue to increase.

Where's the market going?

Although I indicated in last month’s Year End Market Update that we may not know where the market is headed until the end of the first quarter, it appears that we already have good momentum and at least economically home buyers are feeling optimistic.  We will continue to keep our fingers on the pulse of the market and update if there are any changes.
