Julian is wonderful! We were searching for a house to rent in San Miguel for many months. We currently live in the US and spent many weeks in SMA searching diligently. We tried several realtors while we were visiting in SMA. They were all unsatisfactory because of their lack of interest and lack of / or very slow follow-through. Once we returned to the States, we monitored the SMArental list and saw a listing by Julian. He's been fantastic since our first interaction. He responded within minutes each and every time I contacted him (which was often because I had lots of questions). He followed through diligently, kindly and professionally at each step of the way. When we saw the listing from the States, we thought we'd have to travel back to see the house in person. But, instead Julian took us on a live video call touring the house, narrating everything along the way. His most important attribute is that he is trustworthy. We felt comfortable and trusting enough to actually sign the lease without having stepped foot in the actual house. That is VERY unusual for us. A lease is a big commitment representing a large investment of time living there and a lot of money spent. And, we're renting in a country that is not our own, so it takes a lot of trust. Julian was very patient. He negotiated everything we asked for and he did it diligently and successfully. The lease was executed sight unseen weeks before we arrived. At my request, he even went back to the house a few days before we arrived from the States to do a video tour of the contents of closets, cabinets and drawers so I knew ahead of time what I needed to bring with me from the States. His advice was perfect. We have been real estate investors for decades in the States. I can honestly say without hesitation that Julian is the best realtor we have ever used. I recommend him wholeheartedly and without hesitation. He is a fine man. We were very lucky to find him!
