Tamara Ruiz is, simply put, just amazing. She’s honest, reliable, punctual, incredibly hard-working and, best of all, inventive. She’s kind, funny, intelligent, sensitive, and—very important—patient. We came from the U.S. for eight days to look for a home, and we weren’t sure we’d make any progress at all, and Tamara guided us to a beautiful house which we made an offer on by the week’s end. This sounds like it was simple in the writing of it, but it was anything but. We are first time home buyers, and so we were particularly anxious, and we had looked in the States for some time and hadn’t found the home or neighborhood or the affordability we needed. Tamara tirelessly spent hours with us, and she guided us to a beautifully designed home which is so us. Lastly—and this was the most fun—she brought us to all the best local purveyors of carnitas, gorditas, and milanesa for lunch, and we had some incredibly delicious local meals while we were house hunting!
