Villa Candelaria

Villa de Candelaria is one floor living surrounded by beautifully groomed gardens, in the gated
community of Candelaria. It is airy, spacious and well-suited for both family get-togethers and more extensive entertaining.
Entering Villa Candelaria through the front gate, one steps into a truly spectacular garden,
lushly landscaped, with a traditionally tiered fountain in the middle. The garden sets the tone
for the open, light-filled house, which looks onto an additional garden in the back.
The front door to the home opens on a tall foyer and into the expansive living room with a wall
of wide arched French doors leading out to the rear garden. This room has a high brick boveda

room, also with fireplace and boveda ceiling, and a continuation of the arched French doors
leading to the garden. A columned gallery, with a tiled wet bar, runs the length of these two

counter space and intricately carved wooden cabinets. The kitchen window overlooks the front
