Casa de las Águilas

The Moorish style house, consists of three structures: the main house, the 2 bedroom guest house + the 1 bedroom casita + the chapel.

The main house with heated radiant floors is surrounded by terraces and consists of a beautiful entrance, living room, dining room, wine cellar, kitchen, laundry room, and powder room located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor consists of the master bedroom, and ensuite library, with Mesquite King size bed+ terrace + full wardrobe for 2 people with ensuite Travertine bathroom + dual sauna and a Travertine steam shower. The second bedroom consists of queen size bed, and a full en-suite bathroom . The 3rd floor consists of the fully functioning office with high speed internet + 40” flat screen media room with roof terrace and powder room.

Outside the main house are walkways, with an outside dining room with sink and grill. The chapel is an artist dream studio overlooking the pool and the beautiful gardens.

The 2 bedrooms guest house has a beautiful terrace overlooking the gardens and the pool and the magnificent view. It has two adjoined bedrooms with a full bathroom, with two queen size beds with Moroccan curtains.

The 5th room of the home is called the casita which is the maids quarters or can be used as a full apartment with full bathroom and full kitchen for total privacy .
Close to the property, there are Pilates classes and yoga classes available at walking distance, as well as horse back riding and balnearios (steam baths).

This stunning property is nestled on the top of the mountains at only 20 minutes from town. The luscious gardens surrounds the property and the interior garden and infinite pool area, with a variety of fruit trees, pepper trees, bougainvilleas and roses. Casa de Las Aguilas, “House of the Eagles “is a sacred private sanctuary, and offers a 360 degrees view of the whole town and Presa of San Miguel.
There are also many country restaurants close by Nirvana and la burger and others for the new country living outside of San Miguel de Allende. Amazing views, location and setting.
