This lovely house is located in the heart of Atascadero, one of the best areas in San Miguel. It is part of a close community with only 3 houses, where you can feel privacy and security at the same time. The  house has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own bathroom and walking closet, both bedrooms are upstairs and have Rennai heater;  the living room,  dining room, and kitchen are in the ground floor level, as well as the office and powder room. there is a gas fireplace in this area, and also cross ventilation. The courtyard is very ample and full of seats that invites to spend time outdoor enjoying the weather of San Miguel all the time. At the roof terrace you can relax with the views to Centro, to the hills and the lake, and in the other direction a view that gives a feeling of an italian town. The price is $2050 usd which includes all utilities, and maid once a week. Pets are welcome (dogs or a male cat).
