Welcome to Casa Lima, a completely remodeled, modern house full of light, color, and artistic details.
The main floor, with direct access to the shady courtyard, has an open plan that features a den with a large TV, a fire place, a dining area with a beautiful parota table, a gorgeous well-stocked kitchen, a queen bedroom with a full bathroom, and a bonus room (which we can furnish for you if your need a 3rd bedroom).

The second floor features a master suite with an air-conditioned king bedroom, a very large bathroom with a free-standing tub and a separate shower, a second living room with a TV, and a space that is great for a studio or an office. This floor also features a private terrace, perfect for a morning coffee, and a laundry room with a toilet, a washer, and a dryer.

The large rooftop patio has a covered dining area with a summer kitchen, a gas heater, and amazing views of the parroquia and the mountains.

Besides heat and air-conditioning, the house boasts smart locks, a dishwasher, a safe, ceiling fans, a water filter system, reverse-osmosis drinking water, fast WIFI, and 2 TVs. Casa Lima is named after the beautiful courtyard with an old lime tree and a spectacular fountain. The courtyard and the juicy limes are shared among the inhabitants of the main house and the two small one-bedroom casitas that have separate laundry facilities room and a separate rooftop.

Our neighborhood, San Rafael, is authentic Mexican, with local stores, restaurants, and bars. The house is on a quiet street that is well-lit at night. Just around the corner are supermarkets, bus stops, pizzerias, coffeeshops, restaurants, the Otomi café with live music, and the famous San Juan de Dios Market. The house is located 50 meters outside the Centro and walking from its very heart - the Jardin - takes approximately 10 minutes.
