The usage process is simple and well organized:

• Each owner may initially reserve up to three weeks.

• Once all owners have selected their weeks, additional availability is released through a fair rotation and lottery system.

• There is no fixed limit on total usage, as long as community guidelines are respected to ensure balance among owners.
