In addition, there is a rooftop patio with a summer kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a covered sitting area that offers amazing views of the parroquia and the mountains. Besides heat and air-conditioning, the house boasts smart locks, a dishwasher, a safe, ceiling fans, a water filter system, reverse-osmosis drinking water, fast WIFI, and 2 TVs. All bedrooms have en-suite full bathrooms.

Our neighborhood, San Rafael, is authentic Mexican, with local stores, restaurants, and bars. The house is on a quiet main street that is safe and well-lit at night. Just a few doors away are the Caporal Supermarket, three pizzerias, other restaurants, and the Otomi café with daily live music, and the famous San Juan de Dios Market. The house is located 350 meters outside the Centro and walking to its very heart - the Jardin - takes less than 15 minutes.
