All spaces are generous and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzie. Guest bedroom has a jack-and-jill bathroom that serves also for visiting guests. Both bedrooms face out to the colorful, back patio.

Los Frailes is a peaceful neighborhood a 15-minute drive away from the San Miguel center and has safety patrolling, and holds a community Saturday market in one of its various parks.

The house includes water and internet, capped electric, housekeeper service 3 times a week. Propane not included. Dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet-fee.
