It is a 2 minute walk to Stirling Dickinson and a 15 minute walk to Jardin Allende in Centro San Miguel. Markets, restaurants, and a bakery are only a short walk away.
The home features a unique layout with the master bedroom, bath, and studio located at street level (first floor). A guest suite is located one level below (grotto) and has its own private bathroom, sitting area, and terrace complete with a wall fountain.
The open concept living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen areas are located on the second floor. It is here where expansive windows allow sunlight to flood the space and illuminate the colorful decor. From here the staircase leads to the rooftop terrace which offers a place to lounge or dine while enjoying an expansive view.
The utilities included in the rent are electricity, water, one full tank of propane, high speed internet, TV with Shaw system. A housekeeper is present each morning, Monday through Friday. By special request the housekeeper is available to perform minor shopping errands or prepare meals in the Mexican tradition.
