This beautiful colonial-style house is located in the Insurgentes neighborhood.
It is a quiet area and has access to several food stores, local restaurants, cafes, butchers and everything you need for your new lifestyle in this lovely city.

Entering the house is the dining room that next to the living room connects with an open space with plants and a stained glass window that gives the house a lot of lighting and gives a feeling of warmth and comfort.

The kitchen is on the right hand side where you can prepare delicious Mexican dishes with fresh ingredients obtained from the markets of San Miguel.

On the second floor are 3 spacious bedrooms with lighting and large closets with 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a beautiful tub in which you can spend an afternoon of relaxation.

The house has beautiful wooden stairs as well as more details around the whole house that give it that special and colonial touch that we love in San Miguel.

The house includes a patio at the entrance of the house and another on one side of the house where the laundry area is located.
