This charming house is full of outdoor areas to enjoy the weather of San Miguel. It has two bedrooms with bathroom each one; the kitchen, dining, and living room have a comfortable harmony; the cozy reading seating area is in a separate level; it has patio, garden, terrace, and at the top we find the roof garden which provides an outstanding view that makes you feel you full of peace; all this areas are making a perfect combination outdoors and indoors. It has four half levels which gives a privacy feeling wherever you are.

It is located in the high part of Centro, at few minutes from El Jardin (the main square)., the house is for walkers mostly but consider that walking down towards El Jardin is a good easy exercise, and then the perfect way to return is to take a taxi back, that costs only $ 4.5 USD approx.

Price includes utilities. All utilities, cleaning and gardening.
