This  casita is a gem, it is located on Calle Rosal in Colonia San Antonio, just a 10-12 minute walk to the Parroquia de San Miguel, just 9 minutes from shops and restaurants . The street is very quiet and safe, very close there is a grocery store that has everything you need.

The casita is part of a house, both share the main door but as you pass that main door both have indepentant access. is Mexican style. The casita has living area/working space,   kitchenette, separeat bedroom with access to a terrace space and insuited bathroom.

Water filtration system throughout all of the house, washer and dryer (2 in one). 

Utilties: Includes internet (shared with the main house), cleaning once every other week, 1 gas tank, Electricity with a cap and water with a cap.
