With over 20 years of experience, Jorge has established himself across multiple areas of the real estate sector.

Holding a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, he began his professional career in the electrical transformer manufacturing industry, working in commercial roles as well as in process management and quality control.

Jorge later founded and led a construction supervision company. Under his leadership, he coordinated multidisciplinary teams of engineers and architects in overseeing the construction of 8,000 homes across 90 residential developments.

In 2010, he earned a Master’s degree in Valuation and obtained his professional license as a Real Estate Appraiser. Since then, he has collaborated with banking institutions, the Judicial Branch, Municipal Cadastre offices, and various Notary Public offices, preparing commercial, fiscal, tax appraisals, and expert valuation reports.

Currently, Jorge combines his expertise as a real estate appraiser with his role as a licensed real estate agent, enabling him to provide clients with a comprehensive view of the market and advisory services that leverage decades of technical and commercial experience, supporting informed and confident decision-making.
