To the right, a stunning interior patio unfolds around a mature tree and flower-filled planters. An arched wall, accented by antique mirrors and a gentle water fountain, creates a serene, lantern-lit atmosphere after dusk.

Living and Dining Areas
Folding glass doors link the patio to both the living room and dining room, each warmed by its own fireplace and laid with elegant gray flagstone. The dining area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which boasts ample counter space and a dedicated wine-cellar alcove.
