Atascadero is one of the best neighborhoods close to Centro. This lovely home is located at 20-25 min walking distance from El Jardín, the main square, where you can find multiple delicious restaurants, art galleries, shops and more.  

The casita has a loft style where you can find first a small patio between the street and the living room, then when you are inside you can see the dining and a  beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a built in laundry. The bedroom is divided from the rest of the casita with a non full wall, so from the living room and bedroom you can see a charming fireplace that faces both areas, so the heat will warm everywhere in seconds. In addition there is a mini split in the bedroom that will heat or cool also the whole house. The bedroom has access to a very romantic patio where you can have your morning coffee. There is a 43"TV in the living room.

Price $1000 USD including all utilities and cleaning once a week. Electric is capped. High speed internet.
