Zertuche House

The house consists of a two-story building, in which the house itself occupies the ground floor and the upper floor has three fully furnished and equipped apartments suited for Air B&B.The house has a social area with a living room, dining room, and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a granite countertop with a small breakfast area. The main bedroom is spacious and has a large dressing room attached, separate toilets for him and her with bidets in each one, and a shower with a dressing area. On the ground floor, there is also an office and a guest bedroom as well as another couple of rooms with a half bathroom that can be turned into another apartment or rented as an office. It has a garage for two vehicles with remote access. The foundation was done with steel-reinforced concrete columns. It also has a hydropneumatic pressure system for the house and apartments and a sizeable 25,000-liter cistern.
