Casita Los Balcones NOT AVAILABLE

Casita Los Balcones is located in Colonia Los Balcones, a very desired neighborhood in San Miguel de Allende for it's safety and quietness. 
Here you wont have to worry about all the fuss that commonly occurs in other neighborhoods but, at the same time, you won't be far from downtown in case you want to walk or go by car. 

Casita Los Balcones is inside a bigger property owned by a young couple that do not spend the whole year in it, but maintenance, water and internet will be included in the price!
Also, the Casita is a one level apartment on a second level that works independently from the main house, and you won't have to worry about going through the main house to enter the Casita. 

While renting Casita Los Balcones, you will be living a life of pampering: With just a few steps after coming in from the main entrance, you will reach your Casita, which is on a second level. Keep that in mind! Before taking the stairs right behind the entrance door to your Casita, you have a small wine storage room you can use, totally for yourself. After taking the stairs up, you will have the living room and the kitchen to your right and a small hallway to right, which takes you to the bedrooms, the covered terrace and the rooftop.

The kitchen and the living room are fairly spacious, enough to also have a small dinning table for four. All of the appliances you see on the pictures are included. There's windows and small balconies that let you take a peek into the garden and the whole house, so a lot of natural light will always be coming in. This area also has a fire place (gas), so winters will be very enjoyable. Also, this Casita counts with a reverse osmosis water filtering system, so there's no need of buying garrafones, like you would usually do in Mexico. 

Both of the bedrooms have it's own closet, full bathroom and fire place (gas). The main bedrooms overlooks the street outside, and the guests bedroom overlooks the garden. 
In the hallway that connects these two bedrooms we also have the laundry room hidden perfectly behind a sliding wooden door, where the washing/drying machine is. If you walk past by and open the door to your covered terrace, you can also walk down the stairs to get to the garden. From here, you can also take the stairs to the roof, where you could easily put some outside furniture with a parasol to add some shade and enjoy the view to the canyon. 
You will also be given a parking spot in the garage of the property, so if you have a car, be sure it will always be safe inside. 

Now, if you get visitors that are coming for a couple of weeks and you cannot fit them all in the second bedroom, you can always talk to the owners to rent another bedroom that is one the main level of the Casita. This bedroom will normally be out of bounds unless you talk to the owners about renting it for 1 week or 2, but not less. The price will be negotiated with the owners. 

This property owners accept small to medium sized dogs.
