This historic front of the house has a wide carved wooden door that opens into a tall 18th century, elegantly tiled foyer which leads to two original rooms, used as a bedroom and an office. This area also includes a traditionally tiled full bath. The historic front rooms connect easily to the main body of the house.

A large, lacey metalwork gate leads from the foyer into an outdoor walkway and a few steps up to a beautifully landscaped central courtyard. Off this central courtyard are the living and dining rooms, kitchen, primary bedroom suite and an imposingly large, pillared loggia. To the right of the courtyard is a staircase leading up to the rooftop terrace.

The living and dining rooms are filled with light via tall glass French doors opening onto the terrace and, high skylit ceilings. Both rooms have distinctively impressive fireplaces.
