A beautiful 2 bedrooms house, Kitchen quartz counter top, brand new stainless steel appliances, fridge, gas stove & oven, brand new air fryer, all the kitchen pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, all new... New furniture, new table sits 6, counter bar sits 2...
The house has 3 levels. When you walk in from the street, you open a locked gate, then with a remote you open the big metal door that leads you to an enchanting interior courtyard, that also offers you some privacy... Where you can have your coffee in the morning, exercice or meditate... Then you walk to the first floor,  the living area, the dining area and kitchen, the powder room. In a separate room you have the washer and dryer. Upstairs, you'll find  the 2 bedrooms with ample storage, a bedside table and a writing desk in both bedrooms and the shared washroom redone in talavera from Dolores Hidalgo.  The master bedroom gives to a lovely terrace.
You'll reach the third floor by climbing on custom made tiles to the roof top where you'll find a magnificent view of the mountain and amazing sunsets.

Included, electricity with a cap of 500 pesos per bill, water, high speed internet. You will get a full tank of gas that you will need to refill before you leave. No TV´s or cable available.
A security system, including video cameras and alarm. A maid once a week. She will water the small garden and clean
You will be required to water the small garden twice a week minimum in between the maids visits.

No pets, no children, non smokers.
Ideal for a single person, or a couple.
Prefereably minimum stay 2 months and maximum 6 months.
