The main house is all on one floor which allows for a more comfortable and safe way of life. The design of the house is open, thinking that it is ideal to share with family and friends, without those who cook being left out of the coexistence. An immense barrel vault covers this area, supported by strong wooden beams. The kitchen, which is very well equipped, has a granite counter and a cellar for groceries. The main bedroom is very spacious as is the dressing room and bathroom. Connecting this bedroom is a small light-flooded space that could be a study, office, or reading or meditation room. The second bedroom is located at the other end of the house near a laundry room with sink and drying area. Leaving the room, there is a covered terrace ideal for enjoying the outdoors and the beautiful views of the mountains.

The jewel in the crown is the garden, with colorful flowers and fruit trees, which surrounds the house and allows you to see something green from every corner. The 8 x 4 meter pool is ideal for exercising or for the enjoyment of children and adults. A fountain meanders through a part of the garden which, together with the butterflies and birds, contributes to creating magic in this place

On the second floor there is a "casita" or apartment with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and terrace, with independent access from outside the house where visitors can enjoy their space with privacy. Other benefits that the house includes are solar panels to heat the house and the pool, which greatly reduce electricity consumption and air conditioning or heating both in the living room and in the main bedroom.
