Derek and Barbery's house is a gem, it is located on Calle Rosal in Colonia San Antonio, just a 10-12 minute walk to the Parroquia de San Miguel, just 9 minutes from shops and restaurants . The street is very quiet and safe, very close there is a grocery store that has everything you need.

The house is Mexican style.   It has 3 levels, on the first level there is a separate bedroom of the main house which it has living room area, bathroom and terrace. 

In The second level we have the living room, dining room, half bathroom and kitchen. The living room has gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with accessories such as: Coffee maker, microwave, gas stove and oven, toaster, coffee grinder, pans, pots and everything you need to cook. 

In the third floor  there is the second room that we can call master, it has a bathroom inside, a desk and the best of the best is the terrace with a panoramic view to la Parroquia, the perfect place to enjoy  sunsets.

Other elements that the house has are: 

Ceiling fans, high-speed Internet, 2 smart TVs, water filtration system throughout all of the house, washer and dryer, smoke detectors, patio furniture. 

Price depends on the season. (High Season — November-April, June-August) $1950 USD includes cleaning.
