Casa Mia Sunshine is a beautiful, newly completed 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 3,500 sq. ft. home in the perfect location. Step outside the front door and be greeted by the most tranquil section of Parque Juarez. Nestled between Villa Santa Monica Hotel and Sierra Nevada Hotel, in an area where real estate is highly sought, one truly gains a sense of the lovely ambience from the park and historical nature of the district Casa Mia Sunshine resides. The indoor dining room is the perfect place to enjoy any meal and located adjacent to our fully equipped kitchen where guest can expect every amenity they would need. The lower ground patio enjoys a centrally located water fountain and beautiful pecan tree that lends the perfect amount of shade.

The master suite has a king sized bed and full bathroom along with a personal outdoor terrace with lovely views. The second bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and bathroom and is equally impressive. The third bedroom is located just off the ground level outdoor patio with a pair of entrances. This room includes two queen sized beds that allow the home to comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. Bathroom and shower included with this room.

Every bedroom is equipped with a walk in closet and each bathroom is generously sized. All of the bedrooms also feature in-room TV's with cable reception, hair dryers, irons, make up mirrors, and I-Phone docking stations. For your comfort, the bathrooms have in floor heating. The lower bedroom and both salas have gas fireplaces, and there is air conditioning in all bedrooms.

'On demand' instant hot water heaters are available for guest comfort throughout the home. There is WiFi throughout Casa Mia Sunshine for guest convenience.

The cook/maid works 9AM until 3PM weekdays. She is an excellent cook and will be attentive and pleasing to the guests of Casa Mia Sunshine.

Rental price: $9,000 USD/monthly and $3,200 USD/weekly.
