The house was designed so that all rooms have access to light and views.

The walls were generally covered with yellow shell stone from the region and recovered red brick. The floor finishes in the bedrooms are engineered oak wood, the living areas, bathrooms and terraces are made of Santo Tomás rusticato marble. The parking lot floor is made of granulated concrete and can fit 6 cars. The grass is imported fescue type. On the sloping roof, red clay tile has been placed by hand, and all roofs have waterproofing imperquimia. The interior ceilings are drywall and in other areas there are first class pine beams. The carpentry of the doors is made of garlopinado red cedar wood and in the closets and base units, sinks are made of red cedar in a first class fine finish. The cancelería is made of double-paned glass windows, duovent type, and PVC frames, special to help in the thermal control inside the spaces. The railings are clear tempered glass. It was furnished by interior designer Isabel Cisneros. The kitchen is finished to a high gloss with luxury equipment such as subZero refrigerators, Wolf brand 6 burner grill, includes dishwasher and microwave oven. The cover is made of black San Miguel granite. Between the living room and dining room there is a beautiful gas fireplace with a partition structure and a hanging hood. The bathroom accessories are from the Helvex brand and the bathtub in the main bedroom is Interceramic. It has Hunter Douglas brand blinds and those on the terrace are motorized. The house has CCTV (5 surveillance cameras).
