The front door opens onto an airy columned hallway which leads to the sunny, landscaped atrium terrace where old growth flowering vines climb the walls around a lovely large traditional tiled fountain. Two bedrooms, both with ensuite bath, one with a fireplace, are on this first level.

The spacious, well-lit kitchen is entered from the central terrace. From the kitchen, a few steps lead up into the large living and dining area with a magnificent, intricately-carved cantera fireplace. Skylights in the tall ceiling and French doors on two sides capture the changing light throughout the day.

The second level terrace is a spacious covered space with a built-in refrigerator and grill and imposing outdoor fireplace. Overlooking the central courtyard, it is an ideal spot for easy outdoor entertaining. There is a half bath on this level.

An interior staircase from the second level terrace leads to the very private principal bedroom with ensuite bath. The bedroom is a large, serene space, with a tall beamed ceiling, fireplace and French doors that overlook the central terrace.
