Walking into the home through double glass doors is your living room and dining room with a separate bar area. The living room is a lovely open space with wonderful natural light, a beautiful chandelier, a fireplace and cantera accents. This home has a nice flow connecting the interiors with the exterior. The kitchen area which has a sweet breakfast corner and also opens to the living and dining areas. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house. Both with their own private patios. One of the bedrooms has 2 queen beds plus an additional loft with 2 individual beds. This home has a monochromatic color scheme with hits of colors to give off a very soothing feeling. There is a separate casita that has 2 french doors that open up to the gardens below.

Cerrojo is a quiet and quaint street located in the Atascadero neighborhood, which is a 12-15 minute easy walk to the center of town. The subtle color of the exterior is highlighted with a pop of turquoise color on the front door. Once entering, this home, you are greeted with a beautiful garden. These gardens are ideal for entertaining. You have a covered wooden dining room table with seating for 12. Your eye is captured by the lovely blue and white tiled pool and the outdoor covered terrace with beautiful teak furniture. A hammock is even situated in the garden for an afternoon siesta.
