On the main level before going up to the social area, you have a nice bright studio with a half bath, perfect for an office, tv room, or an inspirable art studio!
Once you are in the social area of the house you have a nice view of the Jardin Botanico at a distance and many other windows that create this nice cross ventilation. In the living room, you have a nice boveda ceiling and a gas fireplace. The dining area is open to the living space. The kitchen is separated from both dining and living areas, but could potentially be integrated and create a nice open floor plan.
