Casa Veralia is a dream home within the much-coveted, gated community of Vista Antigua. It is a spacious, three-bedroom house with a ground floor Master bedroom with a Queen bed that opens up to the patio and pool area. The impressive living room has a double height ceiling with a magnificeht fixture, and it meets the dining room and kitchen with a comfortable flow into the patio area, where a 300-year-old garambullo tree attracts hummingbirds and other local birds every morning. The second floor contains an open studio or TV room, and two ensuite bedrooms with a Queen bed and bunk beds. Additionally, there is a maid's room and bathroom.

The outdoor spaces are equally breathtaking, with a terrace off the TV area complete with a 12-seat dining table and bar table, grill and wet bar. The San Miguel sunsets can be enjoyed from rooftop terrace that has a fire pit and incredible views to Centro.
