The large walk-through closet area between master bedroom and master bath, extra deep closets in guest bedrooms, and large bathroom vanities add to practical storage areas. A finished service bedroom can double as a fourth bedroom or large chef´s pantry.

Since every piece of furniture was selected to complement and emphasize each space, the property is offered completely furnished, including the oriental rugs, Spanish colonial classics, imported upholstery, mahogany furniture and antique bar.

In addition to the covered inside parking, there is ample parking on the street. The house is very secure and also has a complete security alarm system.

Originally designed by the late Javier Barbosa, and professionally decorated by EVOS, Casa Escondida is a San Miguel Style home which features three main bedrooms, a den, 3-1/2 baths, and two landscaped patios.

Due to the excellent design, security, and low maintenance of this home, it serves equally well as a full-time residence or as a seasonal home. During off season, the property can be rented fully furnished, short-term, and sleeps up to 10 persons.
